Return & Replacement Policy
Hey there! We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a product. Don't worry, we've got you covered!
First things first, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong product (oops, our bad!), please let us know right away. We'll do everything we can to make it right and put a smile back on your face.
Now, here's the deal. Due to the nature of our all-natural skincare products, we don't accept returns. But hey, don’t worry! We've got a solution for you. If you encounter any issues with your order, we're more than happy to send you a replacement product or any missing items.
Our replacement policy gives you a generous 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a replacement. Just make sure to provide us with some proof (a picture or video) showing the problem with the item. We also need the item to be in its original condition, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Oh, and don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
